By downloading, installing, or using TipCalc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TipCalc is a simple utility application that helps users calculate tips, split bills, and perform related calculations. All calculations are performed locally on your device.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app store's terms of service.

4. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In particular:

• Calculation results are provided for reference and convenience only. We do not guarantee that the results are error-free or accurate under all circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any calculation, such as bill totals, tip amounts, or split amounts, before relying on it for payment or any other purpose.
• We are not responsible for any financial loss, dispute, or inconvenience arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App's calculations.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

6. No Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, logo, and underlying code, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if you violate these Terms.

10. Third-Party App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store, such as the Apple App Store, from which you downloaded the App.
