1. Description of Service

This App provides a tip/bill-splitting calculator with both free and premium subscription/in-app purchase features.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• In-app purchases are processed jointly by RevenueCat and Apple App Store.
• Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are as displayed on the purchase screen.
• Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the current period ends, unless canceled in advance through your App Store account settings.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings.
• Except as required by applicable law or app store policy, completed purchases are generally non-refundable; refund requests should be submitted through official Apple channels.

3. Disclaimer

• Calculations provided by this App are for reference only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the App's calculation results.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and interface elements of this App may not be copied or distributed without permission.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
